Lifeweft is currently in private preview. If something doesn’t feel right, we’d genuinely like to hear about it.

Email support@lifeweft.com with a short description of what happened, the device you were using and—if comfortable—a screenshot.

TestFlight feedback

Preview testers can also take a screenshot in Lifeweft and choose the TestFlight feedback option. Crash reports submitted through TestFlight help us diagnose technical problems.

Your data

Before reinstalling the app or changing iCloud settings, create a backup from Lifeweft Settings. If you need help, contact us first so we can recommend the safest next step.

Compatibility

The private preview is being tested on current versions of iOS, iPadOS and macOS.
